A true countryside experience. A fantastic villa. Matteo and his father were extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. We were a 13 person family of all ages (3-72) and the villa really gave us the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation. The view over the valley below and the Chianti hills in the distance is out of this world, and the only sound you hear is silence - absolutely no traffic. The pool and jacuzzi were great for both the adults and kids. There is a nearby town making shopping convenient, and the central location in Tuscany make day trips in all directions quite easy (we made several of those). Highly recommended.

Excellent séjour passé dans cette très belle demeure de caractère idéale pour découvrir la Toscane. Située au milieu des oliviers, la villa est très calme et reposante. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux et de très bons conseils pour orienter nos visites.

Under the Tuscan Sun: It is obvious that I rate my experience @ Matteo's quite highly. More than the villa (the villa is comfortable and the stay pleasurable), it was the personal touch that I value the most.Whether it was help with shopping for provisions or assistance with car rentals (which is a must considering you are 15 or so (website hidden) from the nearest railway station and Florence is about 45 minutes away) Matteo was very helpful. I appreciate it even more since my operating vocabulary of Italian is 15 words, 9 of them related to food and the rest I learnt from repeat viewing of the Godfather. About the villa, well, it is up in the hills and gives you a wonderful view of the entire area. it is surrounded by olive groves and next time I must remind myself to go there during plucking season. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kids enjoyed both the hot tub and the pool. We enjoyed our stay there and hope you enjoy yours. Ciao.

We had a wonderful time at Matteo's great house in Tuscany. The house is fantastic and the grounds are amazing. After a day out to come back and lie by the pool in the sun was wonderful. Matteo is very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us great recommendations for where to go. The location was ideal for us as the local village is close by yet the other towns (Montepulciano, Cortona etc) were all an easy drive away. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks

Esperienza bellissima, a fine vacanza siamo stati entusiasti di aver passato una settimana nella villa. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall'eccellente disponibilità nel risolvere un piccolo problema tecnico in meno di tre ore in un giorno festivo. Ringraziamo Matteo e la famiglia per l'ottima ospitalità e cordialità che ci hanno offerto durante tutto il pernottamento fin dall'arrivo. Consigliato a tutti sopratutto a quelli che vogliono trascorrere dei giorni senza nessun tipo di pensiero.

Maison idéale pour passer de vraies vacances en Toscane car située dans un cadre magnifique et exceptionnel, ayant un jardin spacieux et très bien entretenu, des oliviers, des plantes et des fleurs à profusion. Location correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes : très bien équipée pour 14 personnes (vaisselle, électroménager : lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, lave-linge), rien à dire. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et du bain à remous (jacuzzi) : un vrai bonheur. Nous avons également apprécié nos petits-déjeuners et dîners pris sur la terrasse panoramique, ce qui nous permettait d''avoir une vue imprenable sur la vallée du Valdarno. En résumé nous avons passés une agréable semaine, mais au moment de partir, nous aurions bien aimé prolonger notre séjour ici, dans ce lieu si reposant, chaleureux, agréable sous tout points de vue, accompagné d''un accueil sympathique. Cela nous donne envie de revenir, dès que l''occasion se représentera ... le plus tôt possible !! Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour chez vous.
